Howth village is a quaint little fishing village and yacht marina, and has lots to offer for a full day with its many walking areas, its castle and public golf course.
Howth Cliff Walk
The cliff walk around the peninsula is a walkers paradise with the spectacular views of Dublin Bay and the city. The round trip will take up to four hours to complete. You can stop off at the half-way mark for some food and refreshments at the excellent Summit Pub.

Howth Castle and Public Golf Course

Set in 200 acres of parkland in the nearby village of Malahide this house was a private residence for nearly 800 years.
The house is now open to the public and is operated by Dublin Tourism www.dublintourist.com. A feature of the house is the Fry Model Railway.
